4. Don't talk the talk, if you can't walk the walk.

Talk the talk 的意思是用嘴说， Walk the walk 可以理解成付出行动。这句话有点太长了，霸气度大大降低。

例句：

Don't talk the talk, if you can't walk the walk.

不要光说不练，拿出实际行动。

5. Let's see you do better.

这句话充满挑衅，带有戏谑的味道

例句：

Let's see you do better.

让我们看看你做一个更好的。
