近日，个别不法分子通过微信平台上发布可代办中国签证的虚假信息，并提供了所谓“签证”的图片（见下图）。

Article 320 of the Criminal Law of the People’s Republic of China stipulates that anyone who provides others with forged or altered passports, visas and other entry-exit documents, or sells passports, visas and other entry-exit documents, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years and be punished If the circumstances are serious, they shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of more than five years and fined. After using forged or altered visas to enter China, Chinese immigration and border control personnel will impose administrative penalties on the parties, confiscated their passports, and deport them to the place of departure. Article 71 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Exit and Entry Administration" stipulates that those who use forged, altered, or fraudulent exit and entry documents shall be fined not less than 1,000 rmb but not more than 5,000 rmb; if the circumstances are serious, they shall be fined five days. In detention for not more than 10 days, a fine of not less than 2,000 rmb but not more than 10,000 rmb may be concurrently imposed. Article 73 stipulates that anyone who fraudulently obtains visas, stay and residence permits and other exit and entry documents shall be fined not less than 2,000 rmb but not more than 5,000 rmb; if the circumstances are serious, he shall be detained for not less than 10 days but not more than 15 days, and a fine of not less than 5,000 rmb but not more than 20,000 rmb.

《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百二十条规定，为他人提供伪造、变造的护照、签证等出入境证件，或者出售护照、签证等出入境证件的，处五年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金；情节严重的，处五年以上有期徒刑，并处罚金。使用伪造、变造的签证入境中国，中国出入境边防管理人员发现后，将给予当事人行政处罚，没收其护照，同时遣返回出发地。《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第七十一条规定，持用伪造、变造、骗取的出境入境证件出境入境的，处一千元以上五千元以下罚款；情节严重的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，可以并处二千元以上一万元以下罚款。第七十三条规定， 弄虚作假骗取签证、停留居留证件等出境入境证件的，处二千元以上五千元以下罚款；情节严重的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五千元以上二万元以下罚款。
