01 “highs and lows”是什么意思？

先来看英文词典的解释：

If you refer to the highs and lows of someone's life or career, you are referring to both the successful or happy times, and the unsuccessful or bad times.

即：highs and lows指生活或事业中，有成功或快乐的时光，也有不成功或糟糕的时光。

所以highs and lows意思是：起起落落；沉浮

例：
