6月14日消息，新浪周二表示，公司将向其首席执行官曹国伟授予购买公司最多390，000股普通股的选择权。

在新浪递交给美国证券交易委员会的文件中显示，曹国伟还将获得人民币240万元（30万美元）的薪资及人民币36万元（4.5万美元）的住房补贴。从文件中得知，曹国伟所获选择权的执行价为每股24.73美元。新浪网股价周二收于每股23.17美元。

5月9日，新浪正式宣布调整公司管理层。原新浪CEO汪延辞去首席执行官职务，就任公司副董事长，继续在董事会任职。公司原总裁兼首席财务官曹国伟被任命为新任首席执行官并进入公司董事会，自汪延辞职之日起生效。曹国伟仍将担任公司总裁职务。

On June 7， 2006， the Committee granted each of Mr. Chao and Mr. Tsiang a stock option to purchase 390，000 shares and 60，000 shares of the Company ordinary shares respectively pursuant to the Company 1999 Stock Plan， at an exercise price of $24.73 per share， which represents the closing selling price per share of the Company ordinary shares on the Nasdaq National Market on June 7， 2006. Subject to Mr. Chao continued service with the Company， 1/6th of the shares covered by the stock option will vest and become exercisable on December 7， 2006 and the remaining shares will vest and become exercisable ratably each month over the next 30 months following December 7， 2006. Subject to Mr. Tsiang continued service with the Company， 1/8th of the shares covered by the stock option will vest and become exercisable on December 7， 2006 and the remaining shares will vest and become exercisable ratably each month over the next 42 months following December 7， 2006.
