“disillusion”
大家从字面儿上就可以看出来了，就是 dis+illusion，“相反+幻想的事物”不就是不再抱有幻想了嘛！而“hate to disillusion you”其实也就是我们口语中所常说的“不想给你泼冷水”了，如果你身边也有这样的朋友，还是赶紧用这句来劝劝ta吧！
