Egg white蛋白

“蛋白”有两种意思，一种是“蛋白质”的“蛋白”，英文是protein，这里说的蛋白，更多时候指的是“蛋清”，意思是“鸡蛋里的透明液体，煮熟后呈白色部分”。

yolk 蛋黄

“蛋白”是egg white，相信很多小伙伴会自然而然的认为“蛋黄”就是egg yellow。这样就大错特错了！
